The tickets will include at least the following terms, as well as any other conditions imposed by applicable regulations:

1. The purchase of the ticket grants the holder the right to attend the Concert. It applies to standing and/or seated areas where applicable, is valid for one-time entry only, and constitutes unconditional acceptance of the operational and safety terms as defined by the organizers.
2. Only tickets sold electronically through an authorized ticket sales and management company or at official sales points are valid. For entry to the Concert venue, each ticket must be presented either printed or stored on a device in such a way that the Barcode is clearly visible for contactless scanning. Ticket exchange, resale, or any commercial trading of tickets is prohibited. Additionally, the purchase of tickets on behalf of third parties for commercial or business purposes is forbidden. The organizers reserve the right to cancel such tickets.
3. The ticket holder is required to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations (even if not explicitly stated in these terms), as well as any additional security rules set by TECHNOPOLIS CITY OF ATHENS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “TECHNOPOLIS”) during access, stay, and departure from the venue. If attendees fail to comply with the rules, TECHNOPOLIS has the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any spectator violating these terms and to temporarily or permanently suspend the Concert without any ticket refund or compensation.
4. The transportation of glass bottles, flammable materials, or other hazardous objects, as well as food and beverages (except in cases with medical recommendations), is prohibited within the venue. The ticket holder acknowledges that the organizers and security personnel have the right to inspect all of the above.
5. Entry is prohibited to individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances, even if they possess a valid ticket.
6. The use of laser devices is prohibited. Upon entry, checks may be conducted, and if objects capable of being used for this purpose are found, entry will be denied. Individuals inside the venue found using laser devices will be removed without compensation.
7. Any form of video recording, audio recording, or photography of the concert or any part thereof is strictly prohibited. Entry checks may be conducted, and if items intended for such use are found, entry will be denied.
8. The ticket holder acknowledges that: (a) they are solely responsible for their personal safety, as well as for the safety of any minors they accompany, and (b) the organizers bear no liability for any damage, property loss, injury, or loss of life that may occur for any reason during the event. For safety reasons, crowd surfing is strictly prohibited.
9. Security personnel are present to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the event. Attendees must comply with the instructions of security staff and event representatives and should not hesitate to seek assistance if needed.
10. Possession of this ticket does not entitle the holder to receive any beverage or refreshment from the bar/canteen without payment. Consumption from the bar/canteen is optional.
11. The organizers reserve the right to change the event date and will notify the public through the media. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded but remain valid as issued.
12. The organizers also reserve the right to modify the concert program or cancel the event. In the case of cancellation, the public will be informed as soon as possible via the media. If the concert is canceled for any reason, tickets will be refunded within a specified period at designated locations announced through the media.
13. In the event of a strike, government restrictions, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the organizers that disrupts part or all of the concert, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule the date and time. In such cases, tickets remain valid and are non-refundable. If the concert is interrupted for any of the above reasons at least 45 minutes after it has started, it will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
14. Parts of the concert may be recorded or filmed. Audience members appearing in such recordings will have no claims against the organizers or any party deriving rights from the recordings.
15. The organizers are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets. This ticket is non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable in case of non-attendance or a change of mind.
16. Attendees must keep their ticket stub until the end of the concert.
17. Entry for individuals under 14 years old is allowed only with a guardian. Children up to 6 years old do not require a ticket. For seated concerts, children up to 3 years old do not require a ticket and do not occupy a separate seat.
